Steve Valdiserri is a healthcare operations executive and entrepreneur focused on building systems that deliver real-world results from day one.

He is the SVP of Operations at Tally / Accurio, where he drives execution for a company developing the financial operating system for multi-site provider organizations. The platform leverages AI to optimize healthcare finance operations, improving visibility, transparency, and decision-making while addressing complex revenue cycle challenges and eliminating inefficiencies across distributed sites.

In addition, he founded Avanti Strategy Group, a boutique advisory firm that helps healthcare organizations integrate AI into their infrastructure—whether to execute operational initiatives, scale growth strategies, or prepare for a funding event.

Steve earned an executive certificate in AI in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School and spent nearly ten years at VillageMD as one of its earliest employees, helping scale the company from its early stages to his role as VP of Value-Based Strategies.
